Integrated and Digital Communication Case

Proposed challenge

Our client since 2011, AHK Paraná celebrated 50 years as the largest and most complete Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Paraná, responsible for connecting and boosting business between organizations of different sizes and sectors in Paraná and Germany. This historic milestone, celebrated throughout 2022, required actions that highlighted the entity’s strategic role, strengthened the brand, and showed the social impact of its three pillars: ESG, innovation and green energy.

Our touch of inventiveness

We developed an integrated and multichannel communication project, executed together with management and the marketing committee. The actions included the launch of a season of five episodes of the AHK Cast videocast and podcast, a special 50th anniversary landing page, the creation of sustainable gifts for the year-end dinner, and the production of a series of strategic content for the newsletter and the entity’s social networks throughout 2022. We suggested new social initiatives such as the Start-up project, which, in the end, became AHK’s support for the “Jovens em Ação” (Youth in Action) training program, already developed by Bosch in Brazil, but now counting on the entity’s associates as mentors. And sustainable projects, such as replanting native trees. This action was adapted with the help of the advisor and coordinator of the entity’s environmental exchange group, who acted as a facilitator of the partnership with public bodies. AHK Paraná then opened contact with the Piraquara Environment Department, which culminated in the planting of fruit trees, thus creating an orchard whose fruits will be consumed by students in their future daily meals. The initiative was implemented at the Professor Padre Lotário Welter Municipal School, in the Guarituba neighbourhood, in Piraquara, in the Metropolitan Region of Curitiba.

The intelligent transformation

The actions adopted by AHK Paraná were widely publicized throughout the year and generated opportunities for interviews through the work of press relations. We positioned the entity in reports in more than 300 media outlets in its target region: Paraná and Santa Catarina, in addition to specialized national outlets.

We also took advantage of the special date to increase visibility on the social networks LinkedIn and Instagram, the latter implemented during that year. The result was a greater engagement among associates with the brand and with the online and in-person networking and qualification events promoted periodically by the entity.
