Proposed challenge
The team struggled to build a unique internal communication, with a uniform and integrated speech that reached all employees in the same way, regardless of their unit, whether they worked remotely or were constantly moving. The lack of standardization of internal communication made it difficult to have team engagement, credibility, and motivation, which weakened the brand internally.
Our touch of inventiveness
We built a complete communication plan by studying existing materials, analysis of the external manual, visits to units, briefings, and constant conversations with the client. We established purposes, objectives, and an update schedule for each new internal communication channel. We also suggested implementing internal brand ambassadors. In internal marketing, we developed a new layout for the channels, defined the internal key message, and standardized the language between what is communicated internally and what is conveyed externally. Visual communication was designed to facilitate the internal deployment of different types of communications distributed throughout the different areas, by their needs: commemorative dates, and general and institutional announcements.
The intelligent transformation
The result was more consistent communication, with a clear message, which conveys professionalism, with a high degree of trust and engagement from employees, who felt part of the process. Today, Forest Paper’s new visual communication reflects its values and the company’s culture, which improves the organizational climate.
